About the Host and Panelists

Kristen Kaschub

Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management, The Darrow School

Kristen Kaschub attended Northfield Mount Hermon School, a boarding school in Western Massachusetts and returned to the life of boarding school after a career in New York City. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied both psychology and English. Her graduate work was in Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Kristen brings an extensive marketing background, as well as both domestic and international recruitment experience, with over 20 years in the field at three different boarding schools. She has traveled to over 55 countries and enjoys the experience of meeting and working with families.

Carrie Birchler

Director of Outreach Marketing, Damien High School

Carrie Birchler currently oversees outreach, marketing, and digital strategy for Damien High School in LaVerne, CA. She brings over two decades of organizational leadership in sales, marketing, and management of community development projects. Carrie has previously served as a founding member of a charter school organization. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with an emphasis in law and public policy, from the University of Arizona. She served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Ecuador from 1993-1995 managing community development projects.

Kila McCann

Dean of Admission & Financial Aid, The Bolles School

Kila McCann recently joined The Bolles School in Florida after many years leading the enrollment team at Fountain Valley School. She has held admission and recruiting roles at Darlington School, Fulford Academy School of English Boarding Preparatory, and St. Lawrence College. She earned a BA in business, marketing, and public relations at St. Lawrence College in Canada and a BS in human services and psychology at Shorter University in Georgia.

Kate Auger-Campbell

SchoolAdmin - Host & Moderator

Before joining the team at SchoolAdmin in 2020, Kate worked with schools across the country in her role at The Enrollment Management Association (EMA) creating and promoting products to assist schools in their admission and enrollment efforts. Prior to her role at EMA, Kate served as the Director of Admission & Financial Aid at Berwick Academy (ME) and has held positions in admission, financial aid, and summer programs at Leelanau School (MI), Wilbraham & Monson Academy (MA), Phillips Exeter Academy NH), and Saint Anselm College (NH). Kate holds a BA in English language & literature from Southern New Hampshire University and a Certificate in Leadership in Enrollment Management from the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education.
